We want you to feel completely confident ordering from Hale. If your Strong at Home Kit isn't right for you, you can send it back.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return your kit for a full refund of the product price – for any reason.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR KIT
1. Email us at info@halestrength.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and "Return request" in the subject line.
2. We'll reply within 2 working days with the return address and instructions.
3. Send your kit back within 14 days of contacting us. Please include all parts (bar sections, resistance bands, foot straps, ankle cuffs, handles, door anchor and bag).

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You're welcome to try the kit at home. Items should be returned complete and in good condition. If an item has been damaged or used beyond what's needed to try it out, we may reduce your refund to reflect this.

RETURN POSTAGE
If you're returning your kit because you changed your mind, the cost of return postage is yours. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return cost.

YOUR REFUND
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (or of you providing proof of postage, whichever comes first). Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you paid with Klarna, the refund will be processed through Klarna.

THE E-BOOKS
The three guided e-books are included free with your kit and are not sold separately. If you return your kit, you'll still receive a full refund of the price you paid.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund – your choice.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you'd like to cancel before your order has been dispatched, email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee goes beyond this. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described.
