FREE UK DELIVERY
Every Strong at Home Kit ships free to addresses in the United Kingdom.

WHERE WE DELIVER
We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses at this time.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within [1–3] working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes [X–Y] working days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

TRACKING
Every order is sent with tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

YOUR E-BOOKS
Your three guided e-books are sent by email straight after your order is confirmed, so you can get started before your kit arrives. If you can't find them, please check your spam folder or contact us.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any extra customs or import charges on delivery.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within [Y + 5] working days of dispatch, please email us at info@halestrength.shop with your order number and we'll look into it straight away. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your kit arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we can update it if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.

ORDERS IN MULTIPLE PARCELS
Occasionally your order may arrive in more than one parcel. If something seems to be missing, please wait 2 working days and then contact us.
