These terms apply when you use halestrength.shop and buy from Hale ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. ABOUT US

2. USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our content without permission.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from the images on your screen. All products are subject to availability.

4. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our products and guides are designed for general fitness at home. They are not medical advice.
- If you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or are new to exercise, please check with your GP or a qualified health professional before you start.
- Always follow the instructions, start gently and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.
- Check the resistance bands, straps and attachments for wear or damage before each use, and do not use them if damaged.
- When using the door anchor, make sure the door is closed securely and opens away from you.
- Keep the equipment away from children and pets. It is not a toy.
You use the products at your own risk, but this does not limit our responsibility set out in section 12.

5. PRICES
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. If we have made an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. ORDERS
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if so, we will refund you in full.

7. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, including Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna. If you choose Klarna, Klarna's own terms also apply to your payment.

8. DELIVERY
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can return your kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details. This does not affect your legal rights.

10. DIGITAL E-BOOKS
The guided e-books are included free with your kit. They are for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them, in whole or in part.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website and in our e-books, including text, images, videos and our brand, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

12. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you and, if necessary, you can cancel and receive a refund.

14. YOUR PRIVACY
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it.

16. LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
